The deal, led by Extens, also involved “Investir pour l’Enfance,” a sharing fund managed by RAISE and dedicated to financing high-impact social projects. Medicore was previously part of the Tenzinger group, a provider of innovative health data solutions backed by Fortino Capital.

OPERATION
In July 2025, Byway Capital invested alongside Seven2 and Olifan’s management, marking the exit of BlackFin Capital Partners. Supported by a significant reinvestment from nearly 80 employees, the transaction aims to accelerate Olifan’s organic and external growth strategy and strengthen its position as a leading independent consolidator in the French wealth management market.
